The WORST After Sale "Care"

Bought a mattress for my elderly mother last December, and was told by the store salesman that a "firm" would be the best option. Less than a month later, my mother was in agony every night because the firm is definitely not the right option. After contacting the store to inquire upon a possible return & exchange, I have been on a wild goose chase ever since. The latest verdict is that Serta "inspector" will contact me to do the inspection. I have yet to be contacted, and my mother remains in pain. In all this time, I could have simply sold the mattress myself, rather than allow the clear ineptitude and lack of customer care prolong such a simple process. I will NOT be purchasing again, and would highly caution potential buyers to be aware of the poor, actually dismal, after sales of this store, branch-wise and nationally.
