the worse service ever at sleep masters southgate branch

I went to buy a bed on Monday the 29th July as a gift to my mom for her bday as a surprise I was promised that the bed would be delivered late afternoon but nothing was delivered I called again the Tuesday and was promised first thing the next morning I would get the bed but up until now still nothing I spoke to the manager Nolan he was extremely rude and told me the warehouse doesn't have the bed and if I want a refund I must come fetch my money back but will only receive it in 10 working days.
