The sinking bed that doesn't last even a year

I bought a restonic bed at sleepmastes Lakeside mall at Benoni. After 8 months the bed started to sink i didn't know of the guarantee until i went to the shop one day to tell them that the bed is sinking. They said theyd file my complaint but 4 weeks latet still nothing i called them and then they filed the complaint. After a month they sent a matress only whuch the driver and shop assistant advised me notbto take the mattress because on my complaint i included the base as well. That process took months. That was 2022. I started the complaint from scratch and made follow up from September till December 2022. Now I have given up because I can't afford calling them everyday. But as for me I will never set foot at sleepmasters or buy a restonic product thank you
