The furniture is not in a good condition (Bedroom suite)

I received a headboard with loose *****s and 2 broken drawers. When I went to the store to complain the manager told me he would send the complaint to the head offices. After a week of not receiving communication from them I went back and I was told that the head office hadn't rep**** yet. I put my complaint on the 2 of May.
