Terrible SleepMasters

So I had a lay-bye with SleepMasters Cleary Park, Port Elizabet, Region 33.

At first I was told that my bed had been delivered to me upon my request of my outstanding balance on the laybye. I requested to see the “ delivery note” (unsuccessful)

I was informed that the lady that assisted me had been fired. The regional manager then asked that I get an affidavit on 24 May 2019 I Sent a mail with my affidavit, the sms I received stating how much I’ve paid (the only proof of payments I have)

A couple of days ago, I was told they cannot refund me since an sms is not proof of payment, but she also stated that they could give me a bed to the price difference.

It’s been months, I don’t have a bed or my money & they are giving me the run around.

What should I do ?
