Terrible service,terrible beds

I bought buzzaruto restonic bed cash in May 2024 at Tembisa plaza,within a week the springs were making noise ,we reported to the manager Cynthia she was very rude she told us to log a complain with restonic which we did. We were asked to make a video n send to them we did but nothing transpired. My husband went there several times only to be told warehouse will exchange the bed but they only brought the base and we send then away. After months of going up n down she requested us to pay for the difference on a different bed the it will be like exchange,we did nothing happened we ended up requesting our refund and leave the issue as it is. It was my first time buying at sleep masters and i will never set my foot there even family n friends i told them about my experience.
