Terrible Service with Sleepmasters

I purchased two beds two weeks before the end of the month in December. I was promised same day or next day delivery. It is now 31 Dec and no beds have been delivered, no confirmation on when they can have the beds delivered has been received.

No communication is received from them except that there is only one bed available, despite the fact that we already paid for the beds and notified them that we need the beds before January. When I phone they just say that they will confirm and phone back but they never phone back. I have never received such bad service. I will never recommend them.
