Terrible service and empty promises at Sleepmasters

If only I had checked the reviews on Hello Peter prior to going to sleep masters to purchase my king sized bed, I would have rather opted for The Bed Centre. I wasted time and money on getting my own delivery van to their warehouse only to be advised the sales person Trevor processed the incorrect sale. He promised next day delivery and I once again had to sacrifice time to await this expected delivery. Now Lynnette - probably another sales person advises me that they can only do delivery on Monday. Then when I told her that I want to cancel the sale she spitefully tells me the refund will take 2 weeks, when on their website it states 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be in my bank account. I am disgusted by the poor level of service and empty promises and id my refund is not processed within the said period of time per their website, I will be laying a case against Sleepmasters. Its a pity that nothing gets done by noting client dissatisfaction at a client support service level either.
