Terrible quality

I bought a bed Restonic Bali Queen size from sleep masters in October. When the bed arrived, it started making funny noises. I called Sleep masters and Restonic and the base was changed and I got a new one. The new one is also making sounds. It’s as if they are providing me with broken bases. I am so disappointed. When will I get a proper bed so I can rest properly? I spent my last money on the bed and I get such ridiculous quality. I want a new bed as a whole !!!! What kind of quality are you selling?
