Terrible delivery service

I made an online purchase on the 25th November 2023. I requested delivery to be done on the 30th November 2023 and I received confirmation via sms that it would be delivered on the requested date. On the 28th I received a call from the delivery man to say that he is delivering my item. I told him that there was nobody available to receive delivery hence the arrangements for the 30th. Sleep aster has now sent me 2 sms saying that they will deliver on the 2nd December and the 13th December. I called their service center to rectify this and spoke to a Phoebe and she has been less than helpful. I was told that there is nothing they can do to rectify this only the warehouse could and even they wouldn't help me and dropped the call on me. Problem is I'm relocating from Johannesburg to CPT and really need my purchase.
