Terrible customer service.

First time buying from online sleepmasters and all I can say what a terrible service. I bought a bed on the 24th of June and up until today still waiting and no body bothered to call and explain. Even when I try to send emails no response and calls no one answers the phone. Just imagine moving into a new complex and buying a new bed and end up sleeping on the floor in this winter!
