Terrible customer service

Pathetic service! I’ve been struggling since August last year for them to replace my damaged base that was supposedly new with the corners damaged. And now I hear today that its not the suppliers liability?? How is that my problem? I unwrapped the bed and saw the damage that I’m left with, and it’s not their fault? I am baffled at their terrible customer service!
