Taking their clients for granted

I bought the Queen bed from Sleep masters in Silverton branch Pretoria on the 25/05/2018 and asked they deliver it in Limpopo, which they did but their drivers then took the packaging of the bed without my consent. The person that signed off the delivery wasn't aware that it shouldn't have been st********** as she thought that was agreed on. After several attempts to get it resolved and having to be the one calling all the time to find out when this issue will be resolved, I then decided to take it up with their Customer care centre asking for an exchange which I was told it's our fault that we didn't tell the driver not to take the bed off the package. It was bought as the gift for the wedding this month end and now it can't serve the purpose that it was bought for.

I regret buying from them as they take their client for granted, I will never recommend anyone to buy from them.
