STAY AWAY from SLEEPMASTERS. Customer service is non-existent.

They do not deserve even a single star. Appalling service from their consultants. I bought a Bed online on the 19th of August. On check out it stated that delivery is within 3-5 business days. Until this day order has not been fulfilled and I have not received any communication from sleepmasters regarding delivery. I have called their toll free number and via WhatsApp, but no one assists. They keep on telling me that the order is with planning. And they do not have a turnaround time. Those consultants are all rude and useless. Had I read these comments, I would have bought elsewhere.
