Stay Away from Sleepmaster Beds

Sleepmaster should be ashamed to have Shirley Pilusa, their warehouse and dispatch staff working and reprsending their brand.

On the 24th Jule 2024 I placed an online order for a specialty made mattress from Sleepmasters since I was referred to them for Great Service.

What a mistake it was as I have recieved nothing but bad service from them.

On the 25 July 2024 Shirley emailed me to confirm my order and stated in the email that throughout the 10 to 15 days Manufacturing and Delivery time she will keep me updated along the way and let me know whats going on. Not once have I received a single update from her , up and untill I started calling and enquiring about Delivery of the product on the 12th August 2024. To my shock have I found out that Shirley never gave the order through on the 24th July but rather on the 08th August 2024 to the Supplier to Manufacture the item.

After numerous calls, complaints and finally getting it sorted they promised to have my item delivered on the 15th August 2024.

15th 17h00 came and gone and yet still no delivery on my product.

Shirley clearly does not know anything about customer service. This is disgusting service I have received thus far.
