Sleepmasters, you are sleep on the job!!

I ordered 2 beds from their online store on 9th December and I have only received 1, to date the call center cannot give me an answer as to why there is a delay or if I am ever going to get my bed or not. Also, when I asked to be put through to their warehouse (apparently the bed is in their warehouse) then I am told that there is no phone connection and they only communicate online which I think is a load of BS, and I tried to speak to the Team Lead of the call center but that too is a no show and I am always told that the Team Lead is very busy and eventually the call get disconnected. I was also told that refunds take upto 7 day to process but with all their BS I am afraid I wont even get my money back! SLEEPMASTERS I JUST WANT MY BED.
