Sleepmasters Wonderpark – Extremely Disappointing Service

I purchased a bed that was delivered wet, which is completely unacceptable. When I went to the store to report the issue and request a refund, the service I received was shocking. The store manager, Mavis Masole, was rude and refused to assist me. Other staff members also declined to help. To make matters worse, I was told that I must bring the bed back to the store myself, and that Sleepmasters would not collect it—even though the mistake was on their side. I was also refused a refund for the transportation costs, despite the bed being delivered in a damaged (wet) condition.

This experience has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and extremely disappointing. I am posting this complaint in hopes that Sleepmasters Head Office will take action, as the service at the Wonderpark branch is unacceptable
