Sleepmasters were a total disaster, we order a mattress on 26 August. It was meant to take 10-15 working days, after 10days we could see no movement on the order and tried to follow up multiple times only to be told it is still in our delivery timeframe. Only on the 16th day were they prepared to start investigating and it took another 3 days for them to respond with information that it was delayed for another 2 weeks. We had guests arriving and couldn’t accept this and so they offered a refund within 7 days which also didn’t happened until we followed up twice! Once the order was cancelled we used a competitor and had a bed in 3 days.
