Sleepmasters Vangate Mall

The Sleepmasters store in Vangate mall Cape Town delivered us a damaged bed & refuses to replace it with a new one. On the 14th December my parents made the final payment on my behalf as Im still working. Payment was done early the morning in order to have the bed set delivered same day. My Father asked to see the bed and was told that it's not there it's at the warehouse.The bed was delivered at 7pm. The delivery guy was in a rush to leave. He said he needed to deliver a sofa.Within minutes after he left, I noticed a large piece of tape, when I shifted the tape I saw a massive tare/hole in the mattress. I contacted the store immediately and the shop assistant said she was about to leave as it was after 7pm. I sent her photos of the tare and she sent it to the store manager. The next day I called them, the store manager said there's nothing she can do and basically put the blame on me the client. She is rude and arrogant and refuses to help us. I purchased the bed via lay-by over a 12 month period as I couldn't afford to pay in cash. We made so many sacrifices just to receive a damaged bed. My wife and I can barely sleep or eat because of the stress.
