Sleepmasters Terrible service

Where to start absolutely terrible service from sleepmaster more importantly your malvern park branch in queensburgh kzn from terrible customer service to your delivery service been a complete joke people take time off just to get stuffed around during the day....only for your delivery to come at 7pm at night when people are out after been stuffed around all day......between talking to the store manager to call center purchased a bed on the 25 of January and still to date no call no fees back from any one at sleepmaster... Never received my pillows on my order was told the kzn area manager was on leave when I complained and back at work on the 7th feb phone the store manager on the 7th he confirmed he had spoken to his manager and confirmed il get my pillows they ordering them......still till today nothing no feed back and no pillows just to phone the store again today and be told the same bull**** story they have ordered the pillows......? How long does the it take and if there is a delay no one contacts you I told your store manager that this is terrible service same story every time I phone I get told the same story and Iv had enough of there lies and il be going to social media about the service received just to be told I don't have time for this and he puts the phone down on you....my advice don't make any purchase from sleep master yout manager in your new malvern park brach in queensburgh kzn has no way of dealing with customers you stuff people around for just about a month and then want to know why people get cross after paying cash for a bed...... Never again will you get a purchase from me my friends or family and il let everyone know about my services I got from you people .....
