Sleepmasters terrible beds

Sleepmasters beds are not good the brand Sleepmaster I don't know but was convinced by the salesman it's a good bed from the first day after delivery the mattress has been noisy the spring are sounding like an old bed. It's an uncomfortable sleep on that bed. I've reported this issue it has been three weeks and still nothing no exchange of beds nothing. Several calls made and a trip to the store still nothing, it's a horrible brand of a bed this Sleepmasters.
