Sleepmasters Stole My Money

I ordered and paid for a bed from Sleepmasters on 31 December 2020. Its 25 January 2021 and my bed still hasn't been delivered?! I have sent numerous emails to their support and customer dispute service and they just keep responding with an email saying that my dispute has been escalated.

I have since ordered a new bed, from a different company, it was delivered the same day I paid for it. I no longer want the bed from Sleepmasters and told the support that I would like a refund, as the bed still hasn't arrived. I'm still waiting for a reply on the escalated issue and now for my refund.

I would not recommend anyone orders anything from Sleepmasters as I believe it's a front for steeling people's money. Their service is absolutely disgusting.
