I did a 6 months lay-bye on a bed that was the last one on the floor. The manager agreed to keep the bed for me TILL NOVEMBER, and we both agreed to this. He then told me he'd put the bed at the back of the store while I service the lay-bye till November 2019.

When I came into the shop weeks later to check my balance, he told me he'd sold the bed because "I WAS TAKING TOO LONG TO PAY OFF THE BED", and that "a customer came with a cash offer for the bed, so I sold it to them choose another bed."

Sleepmasters Southgate manager **** to me, broke the lay-bye agreement, then told me to either choose another bed or take my deposit back - and with attitude. He then proceeded to make a false promise to get me the same bed from another branch, but then insisted that I pay a 50% deposit if I wanted it!!!

SLEEPMASTERS SOUTHGATE IS THE WORST SHOP TO BUY OR LAY-BYE A BED FROM! STAY AWAY! THEY NEVER STICK TO A LAY-BYE AGREEMENT, THEY CHASE MONEY, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM SLEEPMASTERS SOUTHGATE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND RUDE!

After an unpleasant exchange, he offered to get another bed from Eastrand, then call me this past Monday, and two day later he still hasn't called.
