Sleepmasters = sleepless nights!

Oh my, if you want a good night's sleep, avoid dealing with Sleepmasters (Tokai) ... ordered and paid for R16k worth or mattresses (a king and two singles) on 21 April ... to be delivered on Tuesday, 3 May ... and I am still waiting (16 May) ... "public holidays" ... "stock sourcing" ... "just need to organise a driver to get the one mattress" ... "the sales person who assisted you has left" ... "can you please send a copy of your ID so that the mattress can be released from the warehouse" ... avoid this outlet and the company as a whole, at all costs, if you want a good night's sleep. Whoever conceptualised business that has such onerous customer service, deserves to go out of business. Hopeless.
