Sleepmasters shocking after service

Purchased a new double bed at Sleepmasters @55 Centurion Branch 11 April 2019. ***, Bed has a 9 year warranty, reported mattress collapsed 3 weeks ago still no resolution. Phone the Branch Manager, Selinah on ***, tells me she sent email to factory they will make contact. Never heard a word!
