SleepMasters Service

This is the most pathetic service I have ever received for online orders. Its been well over the 15 working days and I still haven't received my item ordered. Online chat assistance always has some sort of excuse and the online store where I ordered it from always appears to be unavailable. If I knew this would be the service they provide I would have never ordered from them. They got my money and now they just coming up with excuse after excuse.
