Sleepmasters- RUN AWAY -****, ****, **** You will never receive your product or your get your money back!

I am beyond disappointed in Sleepmasters and won't recommend them to anyone. It's clear they are running a ****!!! I ordered a Matrass on the 22nd of DEC 2024. The consultant at Cradlestone mall advised that the matrass will be delivered mid JAN 2025. A month after the order I still did not hear anything from the store or Sleepmasters. I contacted the store for feedback and to my surprise they could not pick up the progress of my order. Promised to give me a call once they have contacted Headoffice- I'm still waiting. I phone head office myself to log a complaint, and my issue was still not resolved. Yet again I received empty promises. after multiple attempts and many days later. the store confirmed my order will be delivered at the store on Friday and that the store manager will phone me. DID NOT HAPPEN! I called again Saturday Morning. The bed was still not delivered! I send a Whatsapp message to find better answers because the store is utterly useless. Only to find out that my order was canceled on Thursday without my consent. I called the store again. They were so surprised and said they will call Head office and come back to me. Shocker, that did not happen. When I phoned again, they said that it's passed 12 and Head office is closed and that they will provide feedback on Monday!! instead of resolving the matter you decided to block me on FB so that I can't inform your clients what a **** you are running! But believe me I won't stop until my matter is resolved. I WANT MY MATRASS OR MONEY BACK!!!!!!
