You i signed the contract for the bed on the 3 September the bed got delivered very late just round about the 15 to the 17th

A call agent called me and said that the first debt order will go off on October 2020, now you collections department is saying i missed payment in September?? Please explain what this is?? And why youll are doing this i have sent the attached smses to you guys and sent the proof where youll confirm that the debt order will go off October.. You guys better fix this or i will take it further i never said that you guys must be unprofessional and deliver the bed late and also have messed up store assistants that refuse to assist, this better be resolved or i will take this further if you guys are gna debt my account twice for your lousy uselessness
