Sleepmasters refuses to honor "120-Night Sleep Happy" Guarantee despite full compliance.

I am appalled by the service at Sleepmasters Richards Bay. I purchased a bed along with their required mattress protector

Despite sleeping on it for over 30 nights and complying with every term of their '120-Night Sleep Happy Guarantee,' the store is refusing to honor the exchange or refund. The mattress is causing severe physical pain to both myself and my partner, making it fundamentally unfit for its purpose.

Under Section 55 and 56 of the CPA, I have a right to goods that are suitable for their intended use. Sleepmasters is currently in breach of both their own marketing promise and South African consumer law. I have already escalated this to their head office and will be lodging a formal dispute with the CGSO if this isn't resolved with a full refund immediately.

Avoid this store if you value your health and your rights as a consumer.
