Sleepmasters Protea Glen is Disgraceful!

Sleepmasters Protea Glen is the worst! In fact it seems the whole franchise is a ****.

I purchased a bed and was told it will be delivered after a few days. When I followed up, I was told the bed is a special order and will only be available after 3 weeks. When I called in 3 weeks, I was told the supplier is closed and the bed will only come in the new year. It's exactly 6 weeks after my purchase and I have not seen the bed.

The sales lady (Nomsa) kept on dissaperaing and telling lies. From the cost of delivery to the date. Everytime I follow up the manager just tells me she is absent and not picking up the phone and we start everything from scratch. I paid for delivery in store and now I'm told to ensure I have physical cash to give the driver money again when they deliver.

I am now worried of what quality bed will arrive, if it does. I wish I had read the reviews before spending my money at sleepmasters. Such Disrespect!
