Sleepmasters poor service

I made an order on the 21st February and received a text from JD GROUP courier company that O will get my oder on the 23rd February. I made a follow-up yesterday since the oder didn't arrive on Wednesday, I was told the driver returned back to the warehouse. This was done without my knowledge and not even a call or message from the courier. After calling sleepmasters today, I am told that my order is rescheduled for delivery on Monday also without my knowledge. I find this very disrespectful that I have to run around and beg for my parcel while the money is already with Sleepmasters. The JD GROUP COURIER SERVICES they are using is **** and not professional. They're not even answering calls, it rings till it reaches a full voice-mail.

I thought Sleepmasters was a professional business until i experienced this. And will never recommend them to any of my colleagues, family or friends. Poor service.
