Sleepmasters poor service

Extremely poor service from the branch in Ottery and even worse service from their Warehouse and delivery department. They sms you a delivery date, you make yourself available for the day and they end up messing you around and don’t deliver your goods you paid for.

They keep calling with excuses and their last call was it 23:30 talking about still delivering at that time. Pathetic service all round and they will never see me or my money ever again.
