Sleepmasters poor service.

I bought a bed on the 29th of November, the latest for delivery should have been Friday the 13th as was promised ten working days. Today I still don't have a bed. I tried calling no direct person to assist. Emailed manager and no response received. Order number#***, complaint number#*** seemingly no one cares about resolving these issues. I have seen many people on your Facebook page, complaining about the same service delivery does not seem to be addressed. Your service is pathetic, and you don't even have the courtesy of calling the people.
