Sleepmasters poor and not honest service

I bought a restonic bed on the 8th of August 2020 at sleepmasters east rand park. Now my bed has changed shape one side after spending r6500. When i went there yesterday to tell them about my situation they shifted the blame on saying many things which i was never told when buying the bed. I deeply regret why i bought that bed i thought restonic was a good a brand but i have been proven wrong my sleepmasters at retail park. Their service is very poor and come to think of after i bought the bed i was told they charge r300 for transport but after paying everything when im home they phone to tell me i have to pay r500 instead of r300 because im staying far yet they knew my address when i was buying they never said anything at time... I refused to pay an additional r200 i told them there were supposed to tell me before i made any payments. I now see sleepmasters retail park are ****** and not honest only after our money. Be careful not to be *****ed also.
