Sleepmasters online needs to start delivering better

Worst service I have ever received from Amy business ever. Total lack of customer service basics from entry level to top management. Ordered and paid for a bed online . Need bed to be delivered was told there were amounts outstanding. Sent Pop more than once Wait endlessly on one call after another with absolutely no joy

Not sure if they think as a company that people will support them forever without any service delivery.

Very very disappointed in their poor culture of bad service .. Hope to get my bed that I have paid for somewhere in the near future
