Sleepmasters non delivery of goods

13 days still no delivery of the bed, very disappointing othe of sleepmasters in southgate mall, no feedback whatsoever, never ever known a company that does this to its clients the sales person at the store.. Very disappointing philisiwe chantel Phakathi isnt bothered with assisting her clients only worried about getting commission, the store is in a very bad service experience, the staff sit on the office phone they take personal calls , they very relaxed and dont give good client service, i need feedback by end of today with regards to the bed
