Appalling customer service . Took out a laybye and made payment in April 2023 via EFT , payment is still not relecting . I sent multiple proof of payments to the store but nothing. I decided to cancel my laybe , Ive been told only the first payment made will be refunded because thats is the payment that is refelecting on the system. To say Im appalled is an understatement because after multple trips to the store and sending pops via email - I dont understand why my payments arent reflecting .This is truely disgusting behaviour from your staff
