Sleepmasters lack of customer service

So in April I complained on Hellopeter regarding my Restonic Mattress which was purchased from Sleepmasters Clearwater 2 years ago, 3 months after the purchase, I complained to SleepMasters about the mattress, I have been calling restonic and SleepMasters from that time with no joy. After my hellopeter post, restonic contacted me and from April, I have to call them and SleepMasters every week to note progress. I have been promised a refund from restonic at SleepMasters but that is buying another Mattress the price I paid. I have spent a lot of money calling, going to SleepMasters numerous times, even paid delivery for my mattress that I complain about and I had to give my old mattress to the guys who delivered. The manageress at SleepMasters told me we don't have proof that I gave my old mattress(was still in a good condition) SleepMasters are eager to sell you the mattress but cannot resolve your problems. 2 years and I am honestly frustrated.
