SleepMasters Kempton square: don’t even waste your money .

I haven’t had the best of experience will sleep masters to begin with. Upon purchasing my bed online it took them over 2 weeks to deliver until I eventually asked for a refund. I ended up deciding to purchase in store at The Kemptin park square sleep masters. 8 month in the bed is making sounds and noises. I then decided to call their branch at Kempton square where I purchased the bed. The lady answering on that day told me she’ll call me back without even getting my details. I felt dismissed but I decided maybe they’d call back . A few weeks later they still haven’t called, and now the bed is way over warrantee. I’ve stored it in my garage still . I’m stuck with a bed that’s making noise 8 months in and the bed I bought at a factory house still doesn’t make noise despite it being half the price of the bed I bought. I don’t know if I should be dissapointed at the low quality of their beds , or the bad service received from the staff in Kempton park square. This was dissapointing because the initial service received when buying the bed was great.
