Sleepmasters is the worst in customer experience!

If you want stress in your life go to Sleep masters Woodmead. Let's start here with the consultant Jeanette, if useless was a person it would be her. 1. The store is very quick to make a sale while their offline but cannot fulfill their duty. I was told Friday morning by Jeanette that she will give me a call first thing in the morning with my order number and the documents to be able to go and collect from their warehouse at 11:00. 2. Friday morning at 10:00 I ended up calling the store myself to get the order number, I was then informed I now inconviently need to go print the document out to present it at their warehouse. Half an hour went pass and still no documents was sent so I had to keep calling asking for the documents. 3. The driver I hired to collect went there on time at 11:00. On the documents the store wrote "no store stamp" the guards said no collection without the stamp. I called and spoke to the manager Nolen, he said since it's a new store they don't have a stamp yet. You would assume their warehouse was already aware of this, but no. Nolen said he will try calling them to sort this issue out but after an hour still no progress. A lot of back and forth of him probably fiddling his thumbs since no was aware of the store not having a stamp nor the collection. 4. Remember the driver was there at 11:00 it's now 13:00. I called Nolan back and said if the issue isn't resolved in 15mins the driver is going to leave and he will have to call his own driver to go collect and deliver to me. Finally after that the guards let us in but it still took 30mins for collection. The store did not even come up with a solution like saying for all the problems they will now deliver when it's available.

After collection the store manger Nolen, did not call to ask me if everything was sorted or to apologize for all the problems the store has caused me. I had to end up paying the driver extra for wasting his time for 2 hours! If you willing to wait a whole year for this bed then I suggest you go to this store otherwise forget about it.
