SLEEPMASTERS IS PATHETIC

I have an ongoing complaint with Sleepmasters, who finally agreed to do an exchange on a bed we purchased from them. After almost 4 weeks of dealing with this complaint, our new bed has still not been delivered. The service is pathetic and they keep on changing delivery dates without any valid reasoning. I am sick and tired of this company and have never dealt with such incompetence ever!! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SLEEPMASTERS
