Sleepmasters Is a Complete Disaster – Empty Promises and Lies

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Sleepmasters. They made multiple promises they clearly had no intention of keeping. We were told our order would be delivered the next day — that was a blatant lie. The delivery never happened, and not once did they bother to communicate or apologize.

What makes it worse is the utter lack of accountability. Their customer service is pathetic. You’re left chasing them for answers while they dodge responsibility and feed you scripted excuses. This company operates with zero integrity.

Sleepmasters, you have wasted my time, money, and energy. Your service is a joke and your word means nothing. I will never order from you again and I strongly urge others to avoid you unless they enjoy being misled and ignored.

Absolutely disgraceful.
