Sleepmasters incompotent

They fo not even deserve a 1 star. I made an online order. The very next day, I had to cancel the order so I followed the online instructions and responded to their order email. I've send 3 emails with no response. I keep on receiving emails from the exact same email address giving progress on my order. I eventually phoned their toll-free number where I cancelled it again but this time I've received a reference number. Low and behold they send an email that my order is on it's way. I emailed back stating the cancellation. This morning they pitch up to deliver. What is wrong with these people? All ***********. O yes a friend also went to their place of business and tried to cancel it. They kept on speaking to each other in xhoza snd laughing and joking. Not a care in the world. This is the Margate branch by the way. The whole company is ***********. I would not recommend any type of interaction with these fools. Hope I get my refund. For real man. The owner should be hanging his/her head in shame. Terrible service. Thank heaven I live in Cape Town.
