We bought a bed according to what we saw on a catalog Restonic Barbados R4799 it has a pillow top, even online. Disappointed I was one the promised delivery after a day/2 did not happen instead an sms came 4 days later stating it will be delivered after another 4 days. When we quiried about the matter Cladwell and his Manager stated even the bed we are waiting for has no pillow for Barbados has no pillow but according to the catalogue and online on their adverti*****t it has a pillow. I did not have the energy to argue with them coz they did not even know the consumers act, my husband was the one arguing with them. I ended up asking for a refund of which I am still waiting for. I will NEVER again I thought they were the best shop but wow. Even their friendlyness has a limit for they could see what we all saw a bed with a top pillow but they refused totally. Even now online the advert is still the same.
