Sleepmasters I want my exchange or give me my money back!

I am sooo annoyed by this company, bought 2 single beds for my kids, they delivered something different from what i had ordered. When i was putting the legs on the beds, two of them broke instantly, the bed is so flimsy it keeps on shifting at the slighted touch, it feels like a cardboard box, worst bed iv ever seen!

I called head office and they told me i must go to the store to file a complaint, of which i did, the manager suggested that i was the cause for the legs breaking (proper annoyed by that) she did confirm the bed was different but claimed it was just different in colour.

Its been almost 2months since i filed the complaint, neither the store or head office has contacted me. I dont want these beds with everything in me, i get angry whenever i see them and i feel this store is forcing me to keep beds that i didnt order and do not like!
