Sleepmasters had service

I purchased a bed at Sleepmasters Ptotea Gardens for R4999. When sleeping u could feel the springs spiking your body. I returned the bed to the shop in September 2019 for an exchange. Realizing that there was a delay I decided to.purchsse another bed.

In January , 3 months after I returned the bed, I was informed indeed the bed is faulty but they can't refund me bcos the bed is stained.

They tell me that they will only refund the base, the faulty bed is mine.

They insist that I should pay R1000 to clean the bed. What about the inconvenience that I suffered. I also paid R600 to transport the bed back to the shop
