Sleepmasters false sales and return policy

Sleepmasters Gezina Went to store, tested Pearl matrwss and base. Bought king sizebases and matress after we were assured by sales person and manager that the king size is the same hight and firmness as the queen size. Beds were delivered. So high you cannot get onto bed and the matrwss is so hard you cant sleep. Phoned store same day as delivered. Sales person promised manager would call me, no call to date 2 weeks later. Sent email to sleepmasters after seeing refund, return policy on website. Got reply that our comfort is not their responsibility! Went back to store, was told by sales person the bed on our photo is not how it was supposed to be. It is supposed to be same hight and firmness. Told us they will log a complaint and get it sorted. Anothe rweek later, no respone, no action. My husband was operated on and we bought new bed to ensure he is comfortable after operation. Abdolutely do mot buy beds from sleepmasters as they do not honour their promises on their website and dont give u what they sell you. I do not want my R13k back I just want beds us and our son can actually have a good comfortable sleep on.
