Sleepmasters Extremely Bad Service

I bought a bed from Sleepmasters in Birch Acres Mall, on the 2nd of August. Within 2 weeks it started to make squicky irritating noises, I then logged a complaint with the store, on the 19th of August, they promised to revert back to me before month end of August, till this day I'm still waiting for them and it's been 3 months now and I'm honestly losing my patience and it's annoying
