Sleepmasters Ermelo BAD SERVICE

If i could give a minus rating I would do that. Went to Sleepmasters Ermelo on Saterday bought a bed cash when asked when the delivery would be they said Wednesday as Monday is a public holiday, all good waited till Wednesday 18/06/2025 then no call from them went to the store, for them to tell me that it will only be delivered on Friday. With a lot off struggle they delivered it at my house on the 18/06/2025 when i opened up the mattress it had a hole in it I reported it early on the 19/06/2025 for them to first tell me if I waited till friday this would have not happend. Asked them when this will be exchange to only get a stink attitude from the "manager" of the branch. She will phone me back till now hours later no reply or any feedback. If I knew this is the service I would get I would have gone to another place.
