Sleepmasters has the most terrible and uncomfortable beds you can find. Their service is the worst too. Their beds are expensive and extremely painful. They sink and lose shape within a few days, and then they refuse to refund us our money. We've been asking for a refund for over a month now. I am so upset. They keep saying they are going to exchange the bed when all we want is a refund.
